You'll get top 40 pop, but from today and days past on this radio station. So there's a bit less repetition than competitors. They might suddenly flash back to 1983 and hit you with some Eurythmics, Sweet Dream (are made of this). Another bonus: midday host Kiah is from Australia, so you get to hear a hot Auzzie accent between 10-in-a-row songs.
Striking a balance between pop and easy listening with "hot adult contemporary," this station is appropriate for office listening. However, my patience for that genre of music is quite low and I often find myself needing to seek out another station after a couple songs. -

95 Crave changed over to Virgin Radio 95.3. They kept the DJs including Nat and Drew. Have to see how this new format plays out since listening to Crave was a daily routine.
