Sometimes one's just looking for a hole in the wall, esp. with Samurai just a few doors down, but it's not to be. Repeatedly come here for its casual, all booth seating, which is an extra star in my books.
The chicken teriyaki combo is a great deal, w/ salad, california roll, a bit of fruit for under $10 but nothing to rave home about. Also serve chinese & western food, so that oughta tell u something ;)
Just a great casual atmosphere and the servers let u stay as long as u want. -

my staff told me about this place.. and they suggested the golden california roll which i didn't even see listed on the take out menu
its amazing! crispy on the outside with a great sauce on top.. had it twice this past week! i think the rest of their food is hit and miss but they over a ton of japanese and chinese options. supposedly the broccoli beef noodel is good too. -

Worst dining experience of my life.
It was a a Tuesday evening, and me and my friends planned to go to Samurai sushi, but we had gotten there just a little too late and it was closed. But we saw a sandwich board outside this restaurant advertising sushi. We walked in to angry glares from the employees, which was unsettling to say the very least. Not only until we got there did we realize this wasn't just a sushi restaurant. The menu was incredibly long, and had both western breakfast foods, chinese food, and japanese food. The waitress was strange. She kept walking away while she was taking our orders, and didn't confirm any of them. We weren't sure what we were getting. My two friends both ordered sushi and I decided to try the pancakes.
We got the wrong sushi, never got the drinks, the pancakes were mushy and disgusting, and the sushi was not at all fresh.
When we got the bill, we put money down, expecting to get the change back to leave a fair tip, and we never did.
I try to be sympathetic, because it was right before closing, and the people there obviously hated their job. But this was just awful.
I had been there a few years back with the previous owners, when there was only western food, and it wasn't too bad, the food was cheap and pretty decent.
