This Sev has a special place in heart and deep roots in my personal history. Like all 7-Eleven stores, they're open all the time -- without fail. They serve a wide array of fairly high priced convenience goods: cigarettes, candy, soft drinks, hot dogs, deli sandwiches, eggs, and more.
However, when I was about 15, I played a great deal of guitar outside this store to get money for new equipment (and because I had no gainful employment). They never once told me to leave. Every now and again, one of the clerks would come outside on cold winter days to bring me coffee and join me for a song or two.
And now, 10 years later, my car breaks down in front of their shop and they didn't tow it. I left the bugger there for almost two days. They were really polite and very very considerate.
I'll always love 7-Eleven, this one in particular.
