604 Rubbish is rubbish! this fly by night organization has since moved to Boundary road. They took credit card information from my aunt for a small rubbish removal job. they were going to do it for $350. When My aunt got her credit card bill THEY charged her $1500!!! After checking the better business bureau

I found that there are numerous complaints for the same thing. they have stopped responding to complaints.
We disputed the charge but they submitted some false document and visa said they couldn't do anything about it and we would have to sue. They have no business licence (Burnaby or Vancouver) The name they charge the visa's to does not exist as a business in BC (nor does any of the other names they use) -

I recently used this company and I would stay away from them. I clearly explained the items I had and rec'd a quote for 100-120 and then when they arrived they told me $150. Then we I asked for a receipt he told me if would be more because they'd now have to add the tax. When I called in to the office and emailed twice to find out exactly why it was that much more....I got no response. Tried to call a 3rd time got someone and he told me probably because the bags were heavier....I explained I was told 150 before a bag was even touched. When he wasn't able to give me an answer that made sense and I pushed for a reason he hung up on me. I tried to call back and never rec'd an answer.
Poor professionalism and poor service! Never use these people!
