I really liked this place, even though I was so hammered I could barely stand up. The guy working there was really nice and didn't mind me being a bit short of change. He didn't seem to care about me taking a big pile of napkins to wipe my face with (I'd just vomited further down the block).
The pepperoni pizza was super fresh and that ranch sauce is really tasty even though about half of it ended up on my pants. Oh well. The guy working theres got a great ear, I could talk to him all night long. He even gave me some girl advice, not that I really need it, but it was still nice.
After leaving I threw up the pizza but that's no reflection on the pizza.
As of freshly moving into a place near the drive, I'll be returning back here more often. -

Worst service I have ever received in my life! The food was burnt, cold and disgusting! We called for our money back, the woman that works there was so rude, and took no ownership for their disgusting food. She then proceeded to call the cops an tell them that " we were gonna come there and burn the place down, and kill all the staff" that bitch is Crazy! We are going to take the disgusting food back tomorrow and attempt to get our money back. I have never in my life been treated so poorly, I've been frequenting this place for 6 years, and it's been great, up until tonight! Whoever that woman is that works there definitely needs to get fired and find a line of business to work in that doesn't involve customer service! Shame on you Four Brothers!!!!

Fantastic Pizza and friendly folks who own/operate the place... I used to swear by Uncle Fatih's but 4 Bros. (the original shop further north on the drive) is just a bit better, and they have better vegetarian options: the pesto and pineapple is my fav but I love the sundried tomato and feta... or the artichoke and black olive...

I am still searching for the elusive 5-star pizza in Vancouver. I'm looking for authentic Italian thin crust pizza with high quality ingredients and am yet to find it, but am having a lot of fun searching along the way.
4 Brothers certainly falls more into the Megabite/Fresh Slice genre, but produces a top-notch pizza in this category.
I spent an entertaining evening with friends last week where we stayed in and drank beers and ate pizza and 4 Brothers was our delivery of choice. At first I was confused as to why they would take almost one hour to deliver on a Thursday night, and then I realized what my friends had ordered.
Party Pizza.
For about $25 the crazy "Party Pizza" boasts as being the "largest pizza in Canada" (although two of my gluttonous friends on the evening swore hand on heart that they had ordered and devoured larger). This sucker was enormous, probably the size of three large pizzas, and enough cheese to give a vegan heart palpitations. Actually, enough cheese to give anyone heart palpitations. Literally.
We also got the meditteranean/vegie special and some Jalapeno poppers. All were tasty. The fourth star is genuinely for the novelty of the Party Pizza. A great way to feed, and entertain, a large group of people.
P.S Sesame Seeds on the crust = WIN -

Uncle Fatih's was closed on Christmas Eve - so my buddy and I drove up and down the Drive until we stumbled upon 4 Brothers.
We just needed to grab a pizza and luckily we walked in just as a meat-lover's came out of the oven. We didn't want to wait so we took 4 "XL" slices of meat-lover's and 4 slices of the Hawaiian sitting under the heatlamps for $12.50. Even when not fresh, Hawaiian pizza is the boss of all pizzas.
Overall, the pizza seemed alright - not too greasy with a nice thin, sesame-encrusted... crust. Very very Uncle Fatih's like. The toppings were pretty loaded up as well. Unfortunately, the Hawaiian was pretty cold - which confused me as I could have swore the dude took it back to the oven to be reheated a bit before boxing up our pie. Maybe because it was Christmas Eve, I'm guessing the slices were cold due to slow turnover.
Oh well - we ate the whole thing anyways and went to sleep. I'm not sure if it's the booze, pizza grease or overeating - but I didn't fell tip-top at all the next morning.
Oh well - a decent pizza I guess - but I'll still go to Uncle Fatih's - even if he stood me up on Christmas Eve.Listed in: East Van Eateries, Late Night Eats in GVRD

M'eh, I hear this place was a break-off faction when Megabite at Commercial and Broadway morphed into Uncle Fatih's a few years ago. It's all very similar to Fatih's what with the potato pizza and sesame seeds on the crust but is missing that extra oomph that gives Uncle Fatih's its je ne sais quois. I think that "thing" is called love. The Brothers are business-men unlike Fatih who is a True Artist. It's passable but nothing mind-blowing. Well, it is just pizza I suppose. If I were you I'd make the trek to Pizza Garden if you're heading north or hold-off for Fatih's if you are heading south.
Still a good place for a late-night snack just don't expect a smile from the generally dour woman who seems to work there all day everyday. Damn those slave-driving brothers! Break free woman! -

Pretty damn good pizza for the price - I prefer this place to Uncle Fatih's. Loving their curry potato pizza they've got going on. They are pretty quick in making up a pizza for you - watch the folks on the Drive or their big screen tv while you wait.

There is lotsa pizza out there. On these terms, it may well be one of the bunch. However, the sesame seeds were a great touch, the dough was crisp on the underside and absorbed the excess juice of a slightly over-topped topping no worries. Lots of olives and mushrooms though. Mmm yeah.
The notable thing came down to this: my mates had forgotten to order me a vego pizza. When they found out about that, the lads at 4 brothers promptly threw in a free large on top of our 3 for $30 deal. Awesome. You guys rock. I'm coming back. -

A solid entry in the Drive pizza scene. Pluses - Quality fresh ingredients (I can't say enough about the delight of REAL black olives on pizza vs. the typical canned flavourless alternative). Decent crust (I like the thinness, but wish it didn't verge on crackery crispiness around the edge. Ideally pizza crust should be both thin AND a little doughy). Very friendly prices. Some original options (curried potato!).
Minuses - I don't love their sauce, I find it a bit sour; better than too salty or sweet, though. I also wish they wouldn't pile their pizzas quite so high with toppings. I realize I may be in the minority in this, but too many toppings tend to be covering up for inferior basics (crust, sauce, cheese) in my opinion, not to mention making a pie soggy-prone.
Still, overall, a pretty good bet for take out/delivery/by-the-slice in East Van. -

Ordered a pizza for delivery from these guys last night. Wow. Good stuff. Prompt, friendly delivery and they sure dont skimp on any of the ingredients. I ordered the chicken supreme pizza and it was freakin delicious.

Delicious pizza, not too much cheese, sesame on the crust, not too greasy, crust was nice, light and fluffy. I think it could have had more sauce. Mayyyyyybeeeeeee a little more cheese for those days I want to wear my stretchy pants. Ordered 2 pizzas to go, rather than by the slice.

Probably my favourite by the slice pizzza. Goldie's is close but this one has more yummy toppings. Not overly greasy and the crust is delicious and soft, but not too thick. I had a veggie slice with artichokes and olives among other toppings. The hot sauce they have there too is delicious.
