I could not be more disappointed with this company. I was quoted over the phone by the owner that my small apartment move (was only have an appartment as split with ex) and no appliances 2 hours tops!!! At $125 per hour. The companies name is 3 men on the move so I was confused when only 2 guys showed up. (30 min late) When I asked about it i was told by the owner that for this small of move he could not afford to bring 3 guys. I did not think anything of this at the time until i recieved the bill of $635 bucks and it took them 4.5 hours???? I then said what about the 2 hours you said it would take and he said that was with 3 guys and that was $135 per hour. I told him i was not given that option as I would have gladly paid 3 guys for 3 hours as it would have been cheaper.
i followed up with an email to him and his response was "sorry you are going through hard times and cant afford this service" Well my business team laughed at that one. I have sent a message with his response to over 600 of my business contacts. I also do speaches on sales and customer services all over and will also mention this companies name!!
It is very frustrating as there is no pride of workmanship with this company or do there care once they recieve their money!!!!!
