1850 is really good for comfortable, quality jeans. They carry Levi's which are classic. The Jeans are decently priced as well but they don't have much style or selection when it comes to jeans. Most of them look about the same, just in different colors.
The store also carries shirts but I find them to be lame. They are trying to hard to be something they aren't and it comes across as looking cheap or desperate.
If you need comfy jeans, not a bad store. If you need some shirts, pass on by. -

This is actually a pretty good store. I've walked by 1850 a number of times and always liked what I saw in their store, so I decided to actually venture within their walls. I have to say some of my favorite items that they have in their store are their jeans and zip-up sweaters. I am a jeans and sweater girl, so that's usually what catches my attention most of the time. They have really great, simple looking styles that are comfortable and casual. I even found some of their men's items to be interesting. They have some nice jean jackets for men along with great jeans and shirts that are pretty cool.
They have a large selection of Levi brand jeans along with other denim fashion that looks pretty cool and comfortable.
The look of the store is nothing too special, but their clothing is enough to draw people in. The store is well kept and neat and the employees are really nice, friendly and helpful.
I suppose if you like "normal" casual clothes in nice simple styles then you would like this store. -

1850 is kind of a classic store.
It has a great selection of Levis (which I consider classic jeans) and it has a good selection of pretty simple, but stylish tops.
I don't shop here too much because I prefer to shop somewhere with more unique clothing. But every once in a while I need a good ol' hoodie and a pair of comfy jeans.
Their prices are decent for the quality of clothes you get.
I find the staff to be different every time I go in. Some days they are friendly and willing to help, other days they care about socializing and their own boredom than finding me a great pair of jeans.
So, it's not my favorite store but it's an OK place to shop if you like their style of clothes. -

Aside from the jeans, this store has "meh" written all over it to me.
The style of 1850 falls under the category I like to call Ed Hardy Lite. These stores have shirts that want to be Ed Hardy shirts (for some stupid reason) by looking like Ed Hardy Shirts (they have wings, crosses, tigers, hearts, on something stupid along those lines on them), but are a cheaper version of Ed Hardy. The tee shirts in this store reek of Ed Hardy Lite.
Luckily, their jeans are kind of awesome since they're Levi's jeans.
