    This restaurant was remarkable!

We started off with bread. I wasn't too crazy about the bread.  It was very hard and cold. Then we all had the Caesar salad. The salad was quite yummy.  The dressing was amazing! For the main course, I ordered the rack of lamb. It came exactly how I ordered it, which was medium. The meat was very tender and literally melted in my mouth. Each bite was so delicious that I couldn't get enough. It came with collard greens, which went well with the meat. Also the meal came with poutine potatoes, which is a French side dish. It's  potatoes covered with cheese and gravy. I've never had potatoes like this before, but it was definitely very delicious! The food was amazing!

I was with a group of 8 people and the service was great. The waitress was kind and helpful. She made great recommendations. She was attentive to our needs.

The ambiance was amazing. The restaurant is located at the top of the Niagara Falls Casino Resort. It was late at night when we went, so we couldn't really see much of the view, but you could tell the view is nice during the day. The restaurant is dark and romantic.

Overall, the food, the service, and the restaurant are all great. I definitely recommend anyone who visits The Falls to have dinner at this restaurant.

Oh man, I can't even begin to talk about how awesome this restaurant is...if you are ever in the Niagra Falls area, this is a fine dining experience you do NOT want to miss!!

I was in Toronto on a business trip, and my coworkers and I decided to have a big night out on our last day in Toronto...we drove to Niagra to see the Falls, and we decided to try this fancy place in Fallsview Casino since it was on the company tab.

You definitely need to make reservations for this place.  The décor here is really unique because it is actually roulette-themed (red and black colors)...perfect for a restaurant in a casino, yeah??

Since we were on the company tab, we didn't want to get too crazy so we skipped appetizers and just ordered entrees.  I went all out and got the Australian Kobe Beef.  You can choose how many ounces you wanted, and since it was around $14/ounce, I went with 5 ounces.  Every bite was pure bliss!!!!  The Kobe beef literally melted in my mouth...my dish also came with sides of mashed potatoes, spinach, grilled mushrooms, and some steamed vegetables.  Everything on my plate was absolutely fabulous...see the photo, but don't drool now!! =P

I think that was one of the best meals of my life so far.

The hardest part is finding the restaurant which is in the Fallsview Casino, but above another restaurant in the back of the casino. Maybe this restaurant was a little too highbrow for us, but the food was good even though we weren't sure what we ordered. My girlfriend likes her steaks medium rare, but it came out medium well....that is the only complaint regarding the food. Our waitress was very attentive and the view from their patio would be amazing in the warmer seasons.

FYI the menu says that the sides are portioned to serve 2 people, but they are barely adequate for one. If you get the cheesecake trio for dessert - stay away from the Grand Marnier (the milk chocolate covered one)
